Dr. KS Chin and I were honor to be invited by Dato Sr. Ir. Prof. Philip Chan (Postdoc Advisor, Chinese Academy of Governance (國家行政學院), Stanford University, UC Berkeley & California State University Monterey Bay) to have lunch for discussing the coming ANQ Congress issue in 2021.
We appreciated Prof. Chan send his postdoc students to participate ANQ Congress since 2014. Then he introduced his coming new book and invited HKSQ to give an article to briefing ANQ and Extenics.
