Tonight, the “International Postdoctoral Association” held a ceremony for awarding postdoctoral, doctoral and various certificates.
It is an honor to invite Under Secretary for Education of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, Mr. Jeff Sze, JP, as the Guest of Honour to confer various certificates to the members. At the same time, he also shared with the members Hong Kong’s long-term education system “rejuvenating the country through science and education”. The Under Secretary has extensive knowledge and communicated with postdoctoral fellows, benefit a lot.
