20210909 會長陳勤業獲得第四個博士學位，由阿茲台克大學頒發的電腦科學與工程哲學博士，這大學除墨西哥教育部認可外，亦獲得聯合國教育、科學與文化組織UNESCO認可，有興趣進修的會員，可向秘書處查詢。

President Philip Chan received his 4th doctorate degree PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from Azteca University which is accredited by Mexico Education Bureau and UNESCO International Handbook of Universities IAU.
